End User License Agreement

Last updated 5 July 2026

This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a contract between you and Swazona Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 15457516) covering the Swazona Runner — the software you install on your own machine to execute jobs, agent sessions, and previews for the Swazona service.

1. Parties and acceptance

By downloading, installing, pairing, or using the Runner you accept this EULA. If you use the Runner on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company. If you do not accept this EULA, do not install the Runner.

2. License grant

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run the Runner on machines you control, solely to use the Swazona service under its Terms of Service. The Runner is licensed, not sold. You may not copy (except for reasonable backup), modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Runner, and you may not reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction.

3. Open-source components

The Runner includes third-party open-source components, including the NetBird client, which are licensed under their own terms. Those terms are listed in the NOTICES file that ships with every Runner package; nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those licenses.

4. What the Runner does on your machine

The Runner executes work on your hardware: it reads and writes files in the project directories you point it at, runs commands and development servers, and manages Git worktrees. Your repositories are not continuously mirrored to Swazona.

When you run a job or an agent session, the Runner streams the resulting activity to Swazona, where it is stored: the contents of files the agent reads or writes, diffs, executed commands and their output, assistant messages, job logs, and — if you use the live preview — the responses served by your local development app. If you enable the optional mesh, the Runner joins a private WireGuard network operated by Swazona to allow direct connections from your other devices. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

5. Your credentials

Credentials you store with Swazona (such as Git, model, or task-tool keys) are held encrypted and delivered just in time to your paired Runner when a job needs them. You are responsible for the credentials you provide, for the machines you pair, and for revoking pairing on machines you no longer control.

6. Your content and generated output

You retain all rights in your repositories, files, and other content. As between you and us, output generated by AI features at your direction belongs to you, subject to the rights of third parties and the terms of the model providers involved. We claim no ownership of your code.

7. AI output is not warranted

AI-generated code, edits, audits, and advice can be wrong, insecure, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing everything the Runner produces before relying on it, committing it, or deploying it. The service's approval and review controls exist for this purpose; using them does not transfer that responsibility to us.

8. Acceptable use and untrusted repositories

You may not use the Runner to violate the law, third-party rights, or the Swazona Terms of Service. Exercise caution when running the Runner against repositories you do not trust: code in a repository can influence what an agent does on your machine. Only pair the Runner with projects and machines you are prepared to grant that level of access.

9. Export control and sanctions

You may not use or export the Runner in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws, and you confirm you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction or on a restricted-parties list.

10. Updates

The Runner may check for and install updates, and some features require a minimum Runner version. We may change or discontinue features of the Runner; material changes to this EULA will be posted at this page with an updated date.

11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it, when you delete your Swazona account, or when we discontinue the Runner. On termination you must stop using the Runner and uninstall it; sections 6-9 and 12-14 survive.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Runner is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Runner will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swazona Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from the Runner. Our total liability under this EULA is limited to the amounts you paid to Swazona in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in this EULA excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing law and contact

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: legal@swazona.com.
